More than just a workout
We don’t believe in treating one problem and sending you on your way. We look at how you move, where you’re struggling and what you want to get back to doing.
By combining massage, strength, balance and mobility work, Stuart and Roanna can tailor each session around what your body needs that day, whether that’s rebuilding after an injury, managing ongoing aches or simply staying strong and active.
No crowded gym. No one-size-fits-all programme. Just experienced, personal support from people who know you.

Common questions
Thinking about getting started? These are some of the questions we hear most often.
Do you work with people my age?
Absolutely. Around 80% of our clients are over 60, so helping older adults maintain strength, balance, mobility and confidence is a big part of what we do.
How long are the sessions?
Most clients come one to three times a week for either a 30 or 60 minute session, depending on their goals and individual needs.
Is this suitable if I have knee, back, hip or shoulder problems?
Absolutely. This is one of our specialties. We regularly work with people managing joint pain, arthritis, previous injuries and joint replacements, tailoring each session to help you move safely, build strength and feel more confident.
Do you work with ACC?
We operate independently of ACC, which gives us greater flexibility in how we work with you. No referral is required, so you can get in touch and get started when you’re ready.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us because they want to become stronger, steadier and more active. We start with where you are today and progress at a pace that suits you.
Will I be pushed too hard?
No. We want you to feel challenged, but comfortable and confident. We check in with you throughout every session and adjust exercises depending on how your body is feeling that day.
